The handheld laser cleaning head has beautiful appearance, compact and light weight, wide use range and simple operation which greatly improves the cleaning efficiency and quality. Handheld laser cleaning has solved the existing problem of corner cleaning, rust polishing, polishing not beautiful and so on.It is the preferred way for most metal cleaning.
Structure composition
♦The cleaning head consists of eight basic units: QBH connector, collimation module, galvanometer module, wireless control module, focusing module, protective mirror module, duck mouth module, focal red light indication and nozzle module.
♦QBH connector: complete the access and lock of the optical fiber connector.
♦Galvanometer module: Vibrate and reflect the collimated parallel laser at a certain angle to change the direction of the original beam and the shape of the spot.
♦Focusing module: Focus the reflected beam into a convergent beam with high power density.
♦Protection module: The protective lens can protect the focusing lens from the damage of returning slag and prolong the service life of the focusing lens.
♦Duck mouth module: Dustproof.
